Passengers traveling to the Republic of Cyprus from a country not included in the Green or Orange or Red categories are required to obtain a special permit in advance.

If you are traveling to the Republic of Cyprus:

People, in the Orange Countries category, where the authorities of these countries are not able to offer the COVID-19 test to those who wish to travel to the Republic of Cyprus and following an announcement by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Cyprus, passengers from these countries are allowed to take the COVID-19 test upon entering the Republic of Cyprus.

Vaccinated Passengers:

Passengers who have been vaccinated and hold a valid vaccination certificate from the countries mentioned below, regardless of their nationality, will be able to travel to the Republic of Cyprus, from any country, from any category of country, green , orange, red or gray, without having to fulfill the prerequisites of the corresponding category, such as for example an RT-PCR laboratory examination or self-isolation / quarantine, etc. or the issuance of a special authorization, for the purpose of entering the Republic of Cyprus, provided that they complete, within 24 hours before the last departure flight to the Republic of Cyprus, the necessary application form and obtain a CyprusFlight Pass.

The documents / information and clauses below will be requested for travel.

24 hours before their departure, passengers must complete a “Passenger Location Form” and the Declarations of countries in the Green category, in order to obtain the “Cypriot Pass”.

Kindly Note:

-- Passengers coming from a country, if they are traveling from Green category countries (initial country of departure regardless of the means of transport), or if they are passengers on an international flight to Cyprus, from a country of Green category, via one or more intermediate countries of Green category with or without overnight stay, or if they travel via an international flight to Cyprus, from a country of Green category, via one or more intermediate countries of Orange and / or Red category and / or Gray (special authorization), without overnight stay.

Orange Category Countries

The documents / information and clauses below will be requested for travel.

-Passengers must first do a PCR test for COVID-19, the sample taken within 72 hours of departure, with the certificate of the negative result for COVID-19, issued by a certified laboratory.

-Passengers are considered to come from an Orange category country if they travel from Orange category countries (initial country of departure regardless of the means of transport), or if they have resided / lived in an Orange category country in the last 14 days before their trip to Cyprus or if they are passengers on an international flight to the Republic of Cyprus, from a Green category country, with overnight stay in one or more intermediate category (ies) Orange, or if they are passengers on an international flight to the Republic of Cyprus, from an Orange category country, with or without an overnight stay in one or more Orange category intermediate country (ies), or if they are passengers on an international flight to the Republic of Cyprus, from an Orange category country with a stopover without overnight stay in one or more Red and / or Gray category intermediate country (s) (special authorization), according to the relevant categorization of countries announced by the Republican e of Cyprus.

Red Category Country

The documents / information and clauses below will be requested for travel.

--All travelers, regardless of nationality, are allowed to travel to the Republic of Cyprus if their country of departure is classified in the Red category or if they have resided / lived in a Red category country in the last 14 days before their trip to the Republic of Cyprus from a country in the Green or Orange category, or if they are passengers on an international flight to the Republic of Cyprus from a country in the Green or Orange category, with overnight stay in one or more intermediate Red category (ies).

--Passengers must have previously carried out a PCR test for COVID-19, the sample being within 72 hours of departure, with the certificate of the negative result for COVID-19, issued by a certified laboratory.

-Passengers underwent an additional molecular test upon arrival in Cyprus, at their expense.

-Passengers must complete 24 hours before departure, the “Passenger Location Form” and the Declarations of countries in the Red category.

-Passengers from red category countries who have carried out two molecular tests, the first before their departure, with sampling within 72 hours of their departure, and the second upon arrival in Cyprus, are not subject to quarantine or isolation, if both results are negative.

Passengers of the following categories are allowed to travel to the Republic of Cyprus without prior testing and to be tested ONLY upon arrival in Cyprus:
